    Pictures of my DEFECTIVE FLESHLIGHT, SpeedBump Butt

    yes, my fleshlight ACTUALLY ARRIVED LIKE THIS! it was used once. there are microtears EVERYWHERE.

    i used the ID lube that came with it. a simple touch of my finger anywhere on the insert causes stretch mark appearances.

    i did the 3 for 2 deal.. the other 2 are from the same lot. (MBUT 2008-01-04 A08)

    this DEFECTIVE one is from the MBSB 2007-09-20 F03 speed bump lot.

    check out these pictures. i am afraid to use it. I hope they send another one out. the thing is rediculous. tears all in the insert, on the outside, and in the orifice. check these pics!!!!!!

    Clearly this is a BAD LOT that was made.

          I've had one insert that had a tear here and there but did not get worse with regular use. But I think you have a legitmate case for a replacement insert. That looks like its ready to fall apart after a single use.
          My package: 8" X 5.5" (Yeah bet you didn't know Asians could ever get that long)

            i think it is the lot. like the material even feels drastically different from the other ones. i didnt open my lady ww mocha yet. i did open the mocha butt ultra tight and it is nothing like this one.

            just touching the fleshlight causes it to break apart, seriously!

              anyone else ever get a defective one? are they pretty good with replacing this stuff?

                  So far no progress. was told they would be happy to replace it. no response to my emails since then. this has been almost a month now

                    When you write to them now do you quote their messages from the past where they said they'd replace it?

                    I don't quite understand why, if they said they'd replace it, they would not then immediately send the new one out to you. Were they still waiting on some kind of confirmation from you?

                      massive, you aren't being very clear here. How did you contact them? Did you call and talk to someone? Did they ask you to send pictures?

                        i been doing their support ticket. i spoke to 3 diff people via there and email. victoria, david, and one other. i been using their online support. i was then asked for my order number after they said they would be happy to replace. then nothing happened. that was a while ago. no idea what is going on with this. i still keep responding back with nothing.

                              I recently bought a Speed Bump "Pink Lady" as part of the 3 for 2 deal and after 1 use it tore at the opening. There also appears to be some "flaking" or peeling on the material.
                              Hopefully i can get a replacement ...
