Yeah, I'll admit ... I am such a tease with myself when it comes to edging. Sometimes, I even work on my PB muscles right before I pee ... boy does that pressure feel intense keeping it built up inside within a minute!
Think of them as a way to do kegel exercises (for men). Now, where do we locate these guys? Well, that's simple: try and stop your flow before you "go". Try and stop at the mid-flow area. When you stop your urination, you're flexing your muscles! Another, yet "forbidden", way to locate these muscles is to put your finger inside your anus and then when you are contracting the muscles, your anus will definitely tighten. By doing either one, or the other, or both ...you will definitely help your stamina over periods of time and practice.
Instead of having that "tight, I can't hold IT in any longer ..." when you immediately have to pee after holding it in for such a short time ... this is just it but with your ass ... right before you have to immediately pee ... lol
Well, when you try this out, and WHILE you do so, try and force yourself to make little attempts to pee ... it's a pressure where ... you can definitely feel those muscles contract and tighten. I guess if you wanted to know if you would get hard or not by this pressure .. the answer is definitely yes. lol
