I received my STU a few weeks ago. The case was damaged but not enough to go through the trouble of getting a new one. And now, after using the sleeve exactly as instructed, cleaning it exactly as I should, it's basically falling apart I just noticed.
I've contacted support and hope to get a good representative, given the accounts of ppl having problems with them.
I'm hoping for a solution. I can't take a photo of the damage since I don't have a phone with a cam or a webcam. And asking to borrow someone else's camera is obviously out of the question when it comes to such personal matters.
I don't think it's fair to make sending a photo a requirement to begin with. It never used to be that way with any other companies, ever.
I wanted to order more in the future, but won't. I went from being enthusiatic about ILF to expecting that something will be wrong or poorly taken care of. I would say that for those prices you deserve a good product and I would be right. But setting the costs aside, one deserves the product one orders.
I hope this gets resolved appropriately, but I don't get my hopes up.
