    Question Customer Support

    Come on, last week I got a reply on the customer support within 2h max during open times, nowadays I havent gotten a reply since Friday. Aren't the customer support supposed to be open Monday to Friday?

    Yes, Customer Service office hours are 6am -8pm CST Monday through Friday. We usually get through all of the emails from over the weekend before Noon on Monday.

    If you have yet to receive a response from an email sent over the weekend feel free to PM with the issue and your order ID and I'd be more than happy to take a look for you.

    ILF Customer Service: I got the fleshlight right now, thank you! Delivery worked out well except that the guy who was giving me the fleshlight by the door was hearing me jerk off//watching porn all the time when he knocked on the door, he gave me the fleshlight by saying: There you have it & he went away after 5 secs HAHAHAHA......     Also how do I know that the fleshlight is on the right angle and not the wrong one? I mean does it feel different if the fleshlight is upside down//put the wrong way? The fleshlight itself

    Is it important ? No, not straight away. Most people use Corn Starch anyway.

    BUT your mistake can still be fixed ! Contact CS (maybe via Live Help), tell them your order number and tell them, you want some Renewing Powder on top. As long your order has´nt been shipped, they can still make that happen.

    Ok guys now when I've tried Stoya - Destroya for the very first time & my first ever fleshlight... I can give you all a 100% honest review on it:

    It was a nice feeling inside the pussy/fleshlight, it had some nice textures but for me personally it took a while to get an orgasm, like 2-3 times longer than it takes with the hand (maybe because im not used to fleshlights) But... when I did however orgasm, it was VERY intense, the absolute strongest orgasm I've had in my entire life I think and im not even overreacting on this...     Glad to hear it Richard.

    As you progress you will adjust to the material and it will feel much more intense, this will cause you to reach orgasm faster. I would expect within a week or two you'll start to really feel the intense pleasure it can deliver.

    When are you going to add all "newer" inserts to the Orgy option? I have about 5 of those cases, so I don't want to order/pay extra for another one. I would order Jenna Legend, Both Christy, Nina Cougar, and both Joanna if I could do it by just ordering the inserts (Orgy option).

    Place the order as other inserts, contact customer service straight away with what you want the inserts to actually be, and they should be able to make those changes for you before it all leaves.

    Is the above statement true? can I order other inserts and then change them with a phone call?
